DoyinGo.com is not responsible nor makes any warranty, express or implied, or endorsement regarding any merchandise being posted for sale on DoyinGo.com or as to any of the related services that are being offered through this site.

DoyinGo.com reserves the right to deny use of this website to anyone who does not comply with these requirements or who otherwise uses this website in a manner that the operators of DoyinGo.com deem inappropriate.

You understand and agree that the Services are provided "AS-IS" and "WHERE-IS", and that DoyinGo.com assumes no responsibility for the condition, timeliness or non-delivery of a merchandise and/or related services.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
DoyinGo.com is a marketplace where buyers can purchase commercial surplus inventory, bank liquidation, and government assets in an online environment. All merchandise purchased through our website are for both internal consumption and export out of North America.
MEMBERSHIP & REGISTRATION RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
To obtain access to many of the features of our website, you will be given the opportunity to register with DoyinGo.com. DoyinGo.com requires Buyers to register if they wish to use any of the features of the website. Only registered Buyers can purchased buy now or bid on merchandize. In consideration of your use of the Service you agree to:
a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by this website's registration form;
c) maintain and promptly update the registration information to ensure that it is at all times true, accurate, current and complete.
If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or DoyinGo.com has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, DoyinGo.com has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service.
Registered members have access to such features as upcoming auctions, detailed information related to auction inventories and liquidation, and can participate in online-bidding.
You will receive an account designation, along with its associated User ID and Password, upon completing the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your User ID and Password, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to immediately notify DoyinGo.com of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security and to ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. DoyinGo.com cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section.
Requirements to be a Buyer. In order to participate as a buyer in an auction or sales event, you must represent, warrant and agree to:
Pay for any bids or orders placed using your unique username and password;
Have paid or settled any previous financial obligations owed to us to our satisfaction;
Not manipulate the price of any Asset or interfere with other bidders or buyers;
Provide additional information requested by us (for example, proof of funds, bank letter of guarantee, etc.) for verification purposes or to protect the integrity of the auction or sales event;
Deposit 10% of the minimum bid amount for bid merchandise
Deposit 10% of the minimum buy now amount for buy now merchandise
Deposit 10% of the minimum make an offer amount to make an offer
Comply with any listing-specific terms, conditions, or requirements;
Perform independent research and do not bid or purchase based on assumptions.; and
If you place a bid or order in a marketplace, you represent, warrant and agree that:
You are demonstrating your intention and financial capability to purchase the Assets by bidding or ordering;
You will comply with all laws and regulations applicable to the purchase of the Assets and their subsequent transport, use, resale, and export, as applicable; and you are acting within your trade or business as a merchant and are not participating as an individual or "consumer."
You may not withdraw or offer price without our written approval;
No Professional Advice
Any information supplied by any of our employees or agents, in any form whatsoever, is intended solely as general guidance on the use of our Services and our Site.
Reservation of Rights. We reserve the right to withdraw any Assets offered for sale up to the time the Assets are removed. If this occurs, our liability is limited to return of the purchase price paid, if any, for the Assets. We reserve the right to accept or reject all bids or orders. Further, in order to limit risk to our marketplace, we reserve the right to limit the bid or order amounts proposed by you, either alone or in the aggregate.
Deposit 10% of the minimum bid amount for bid merchandize. If a bid or offer is accepted, we will apply the deposit to the pending invoice or to any past due balances owed. Deposits from non-winning bidders or buyers will be returned or applied to any past due balances owed.
For Online Auctions on the Site, a buyer that both meet the Listing requirements and enters the highest bid will be deemed a "Winning Buyer." If you are a Winning Buyer, then you are legally obligated to complete the transaction unless the transaction is prohibited by this User Agreement or by law.
Posted closing times and displays of current time on our website are approximate. In addition, we reserve the right to close early or extend internet auctions at our discretion. Lots may be scheduled to close individually, in groups or entirely. Lot closing times will be advertised prior to the opening of the internet auction. At the scheduled closing time, the lots with active bidding may remain open for an additional time until all bidding has ceased.
"Buy Now" or "Buy Today"& Make an offer
buyers may become Winning Buyers by (a) agreeing to purchase the Listing at the stated purchase price and Listing terms (which price may be referred to as the "Buy Now" or "Buy Today" price or something similar), or (b) offering to purchase the Listing by making a binding offer for the Listing through the "Make Offer" option, which offer may be accepted and become binding on a buyer within thirty (5) calendar days of being made by a buyer at seller's election (unless a different time period is stated in the Listing).
If you are a Winning Buyer, you agree to make immediate payment for the total amount of the transaction, including the stated buyer's premium, shipping costs, any other amounts specified in the Listing, and all taxes due, if applicable.
Timing of Payment
Unless otherwise indicated in the Listing or stated in separate written agreement with us, you must make payment in full within the time period set by the marketplace. There will be no extensions of the payment period granted. Failing to complete a transaction in the required time for any reason, a winning buyer agrees to lose:
- Deposit 10% of the minimum deposit
We reserve the right to set-off any fees or other amounts that you owe us from any of your funds in our possession or that are paid or received from you in connection with one or more sale(s) or purchase(s) of Assets. You will continue to be liable for any funds that are used for any such set-off and will pay them upon an accounting and demand by us of the amounts used for the set-off.
Currency of Payment
Unless specified for particular Assets, you will pay in Canadian Dollars. Where another currency has been identified in the Listing, you will pay using the stated currency.
Forms of Payment
Unless otherwise specified in a Listing or on a marketplace on our Site, acceptable forms of payment include PayPal®, VISA®, Discover®, MasterCard®, American Express®, cashier's check and wire transfer. Not all of our marketplaces provide all of these forms of payments and certain Listings may specify additional restrictions or requirements.
No Third Party Funds
Except in the case of a cashier's check or money order from a financial institution, all funds must come from you and we will not accept third party funds of any kind for any reason.
If you attempt to rescind a credit card transaction without our express advance written consent (i.e., a "charge-back"), then we may immediately and permanently de-activate your account in our sole discretion. If you perform a chargeback after receiving the Assets, we may file charges with the appropriate law enforcement agency, and reserve the right to pursue all remedies available to us to recover any and all incurred damages.
Discounts and Promotions
We may offer alternative fee structures, rebates, discounts, coupons or incentives, at our sole discretion and for any reason, and we are under no obligation to offer such alternatives to all users or to continue offering such alternatives to any user to whom we have made an offer in the past.
Damages for Failure to Pay
Without limiting the foregoing, Winning Buyers will be held liable for any expenses, legal fees, court costs, and other damages incurred by us in connection with the collection of such obligations that are not paid on their due date if their bid or offer is accepted.
If a Winning Buyer does not timely fund a transaction within the requisite period of time set by a marketplace or Listing, the Winning Buyer forfeits all rights to the Asset. Without limiting other claims, damages or other remedies available to DoyinGo.com, upon winning an auction or sales event and failing to complete a transaction in the required time for any reason, a Winning Buyer agrees to lose:
- The 10% minimum deposit
You, the buyer, are responsible for all shipping costs including duties and taxes for international shipments. Doyingo.com will arrange and manage the shipping using one of our shipping partners, and we will insure the merchandise up to 100% of the value of the auction.
How do I get a shipping estimate?
Shipping estimates can be obtained by clicking on "Get a Shipping Quote" located within the "Shipping Details" section on each auction page. Fill out the form request and our shipping team will work with several shipping partners to get you the best quote.
Please Note: Shipping estimates are subject to change and are solely for estimation purposes. These quotes are based on rates charged by carriers. We will find and present the best rates available to DoyinGo.com.
We are unable to deliver truckload merchandise to a residence
Customers without a commercial dock should allow- 1-2 business days to quote and up to 5 business days to ship their merchandise (after payment) due to the unique equipment required. The buyer with this address type may be asked to provide a pallet jack and that will be communicated at the time we quote
Update your Shipping Information
Before you bid, make sure your shipments will be delivered to the right location by verifying your shipping address and details on the Address tab of the Personal Information section under your My Account page. Having incorrect information (ex: stating you have a commercial dock when you do not) can result in shipment delays and re-delivery fees.
May I arrange my own shipping?
Buyer May Arrange Shipping. Buyer arranging ship most move merchandise out of our premises within 5 days after all invoice is paid.
After payment is submitted, you will receive the pick-up location and contact information. Buyers arranging their own shipping are encouraged to inspect the merchandise prior to removing it from our location. They must also make arrangements to have all freight charges billed directly to themselves.
